Tom Toward – Personal Trainer
I’m Tom, a personal trainer at Fortress Sports Therapy, and I’m passionate about helping people push their limits, build confidence, and get the most out of their training. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for years, and I love seeing the positive impact it can have on both physical performance and mindset.

Although I’m still early in my personal training career, with just under a year of experience, I’ve already had the chance to work with a range of clients, creating sessions that are challenging, engaging, and tailored to individual goals. From strength training and endurance work to running, I enjoy helping people find a style of training they genuinely enjoy and can stick with.
To expand the support I offer, I’m currently completing my Level 3 Sports Massage qualification. This will allow me to support clients not only with their training, but also with recovery, helping them feel better, move well, and stay performing at their best.
When Chloe is away, I’ll also be your main point of contact at Fortress, so if you ever have any questions or need support, I’ll be here to help.
