Chloe Gray – Sports Therapist

I’m Chloe, the founder of Fortress Sports Therapy, and my passion lies in helping people perform at their best and stay injury-free. Over the years, I’ve built up extensive hands-on experience in both football and private practice, and I take real pride in the difference my work makes to the athletes and clients I support.

During my time with Lincoln United Women, I was closely involved in the squad’s journey and played a key role in keeping the team fit, recovered and ready to compete. Watching the players lift both the County Cup and the League Cup was incredibly rewarding, and knowing I contributed to that success behind the scenes is something I am genuinely proud of.

I also spent time as the sports therapist at Boston Town, working with the men’s first team. The squad I was part of achieved the club’s highest-ever league finish and reached the play-off final, only narrowly missing out on promotion on penalties. Being involved in a campaign like that, supporting players through such a demanding and successful season, was a brilliant experience and one I took a lot from.

The Fortress Journey

Now my focus is entirely on Fortress Sports Therapy and delivering high-quality treatment and support to every client I work with. Whether someone is an athlete or simply wants to move better and feel stronger in daily life, my approach is always the same. I care about getting the best outcome for each individual, and I am committed to helping people recover properly, build confidence in their bodies and perform at their best.

My goal has never changed: to help every client recover, move well and thrive in whatever they do. Fortress Sports Therapy was built on that belief, and it shapes everything I do each day.

A body is like a fortress. When the walls weaken, the goal isn’t just repair, it’s rebuilding with purpose.
