Tom Williams – Sports Therapist
I’m Tom, a Sports Massage Therapist at Fortress Sports Therapy. I hold Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Sports Massage and have completed additional CPD training in Dry Cupping and Dry Needling. I’m also planning to progress to my Level 5 qualification in the future to continue developing my skills and expertise.

With over a year and a half of experience working in sports therapy, I’ve supported a wide range of clients looking to move better, recover properly, and stay performing at their best, whether that’s in everyday life, training, or competitive sport. Alongside this, I bring eight years of experience as a Personal Trainer, which gives me a strong understanding of how the body performs under load and how effective recovery supports long-term progress.
My approach is simple. I focus on helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and recover effectively so they can perform with confidence and consistency.
You’ll find me at Fortress Sports Therapy every Tuesday afternoon. Fortress is also the only place where I currently offer acupuncture, so if this is something you’re looking for, make sure to book in while appointments are available.
